| Mark Patrick Butchers has been in business for over 30 years and have a combined experience of over 100 years supplying top quality meats in and around Birstall, Leicester. They supply prime quality Scottish beef, pork, lamb, poultry, game, sausages and freshly baked pies.
All products are made with the finest, highest quality ingredients and are freshly prepared and vacuum-packed to your specification. They offer a daily delivery service throughout Leicester and Nottingham and are frequent suppliers to restaurants, hotels, public houses, residential homes and schools.
Mark Patrick also offer a vast selection of quality sausages that are renowned in the local area, all made with the freshest ingredients. The choices range from Pork & Apple Sausage to Old Chilli Garlic Sausage and Lamb & Mint Sausage.
All their vans are fully refrigerated to ensure that their products arrive at a safe and constant temperature and our premises are fully licensed under the Food and Safety Regulations 2000. This allows them to carry out commercial operations in relation to, the supply and sale, of ready to eat food and raw meat.
