has sustained an outstanding reputation by offering for sale the
finest quality Scotch Beef, including Orkney Island Gold
and Prime Angus. Apart from the retail side of the
business, our catering service supplies many Nursing
Homes, Pubs and Golf Clubs in the Greater London area.
Moore
and Sons recently changed premises after successfully
trading for the last fifty years in Whetstone, North
London, however our reputation for offering friendly
service and selling only the finest products remains the
same.
Some specialities we offer are Dry Cured Bacon (no added
water) and Home Cooked Traditional Ham. Hand linked
gourmet sausages using natural casings which include
Wild Boar with Apple, Spicy Lamb, Venison in Red Wine
and Boerewors (an aromatic mix of herbs and spices from
South Africa) are a particular favourite at barbeque
time.
